New Directions is offering the Connections App as an Enhancement to Everyone in Recovery for Substance Use Disorders
Innovative app from CHESS Health provides 24/7 recovery support
Cleveland, OH — CHESS Health, the leading provider of service-enabled technology supporting the addiction management and recovery lifecycle, has partnered with New Directions, an Ohio-based recovery and mental health treatment center, to use its Connections App as an enhancement for their addiction recovery services.
The CHESS platform includes a comprehensive set of digital tools and tech-enabled human support, creating patient-centered care for substance use disorders, mental health services, and social support – all easily accessible through a smartphone. Individuals will have 24/7 access in the app to a peer-moderated recovery community, and can learn about and engage with community resources in their area, such as housing and employment assistance programs.

The Connections App is one more tool to support our youth seeking recovery.”
