eRecovery customers gain extra support to help drive customer utilization and adoption of the Connections app. The Onboarding Team can enroll clients and teach them how to use it. The team can meet client groups in person or virtually to guide them through the app’s features and benefits. 

“We do a presentation about the app so individuals in the (client) group get to know us. We onboard them and have them all set before the meeting is over,” said Bridget Crumley, senior director of onboarding and engagement. “We take the load off of providers who may be short-staffed or are overloaded already.”

The Peer Engagement team is available 24/7 to support your clients and your staff. Composed of certified peer recovery support specialists, these team members complement your staff and provide additional client support, particularly when in-person sessions or meetings are not feasible.
